Court order
29(1)When a person has been convicted of a violation of this Act, the Minister may apply by way of notice of application to a judge of The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick for an order enjoining the person from continuing the violation.
29(2)The judge, in his or her discretion, may make the order, and the order may be enforced in the same manner as any other order and judgment of The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick.
